"I walked in, on a whim, wanting a jacket as ive been recently riding with friends, passenger. Very new to bikes. Knew I wanted protection, and had zero clue what to get. I walked i, was greeted immediately, zero intimidation and blunty told them I have no clue what I need or want. I believe the gentleman that helped me was named Jeremy. From beginning to end, multiple jacket fittings, all of which he helped re rack and showed me every feature. Filled me in on different textiles, safety features, and every other detail. I walked out with my purchase completely satisfied, and in good spirits. Will go back to cycle gear for any and all future purchases. Cannot beat the prices, professionalism, comfort, and selection."

"These guys are top notch. I originally purchased a shoei GT-air, it didn't quite fit after break-in.... Long story short I brought it in and exchanged it for another Shoei with no hassle at all. The fact that the exchange was 1.) not a fist fight & 2.) welcomed and encouraged, as my helmet didn't fit safley, was a welcome surprise as compared to 90% of retail experiences.
